What this covers

This disclaimer applies to everything Travim shows you: the website, the app, AI-generated plans and answers, guides and area pages, directory listings and business profiles, offers, campaigns and promotion codes, posts and reviews from other people, and advertising. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Generated content can be wrong

Travim uses artificial intelligence to create plans, write descriptions and answer questions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent or simply invented, and it can be wrong in ways that look entirely convincing. Travim does not independently verify what it generates.

Travel information goes out of date

Prices, availability, opening hours, schedules, routes, closures, seasonal changes, local rules and entry requirements change constantly and often without notice. Confirm anything that matters with the provider or the responsible authority, close to the date you travel.

Travim does not book, sell or issue anything

Travim plans trips. It does not sell, issue, resell or arrange flights, tickets, accommodation, tours or transport, and it is not a travel agency, tour operator, package organiser or carrier. Nothing shown to you is a reservation or a confirmation, whatever it looks like in a plan.

If a flight is delayed or cancelled, a ticket is not honoured, a room is not as described, an operator does not turn up, or you are denied boarding, that is a matter between you and the airline, provider or carrier. Travim cannot book, change, cancel or refund on their behalf, holds no money for them, and has no ability to enforce their obligations. Passenger and package travel rights run against them, not against us.

Businesses, offers and campaigns

Businesses listed on Travim are independent third parties. We do not operate, inspect, certify, license or insure them, and a listing — or an appearance in a plan, in the directory or in a promoted placement — is not an endorsement or a statement that the business is safe, lawful, licensed, insured or suitable for you. Offers, campaigns and promotion codes are that business's own offer; we do not fund or guarantee them.

Content from other people

Photographs, posts, reviews and business descriptions submitted by users and businesses are theirs, not ours. We do not verify them and they do not represent our views.

Advertising

Adverts and promoted placements shown in Travim are not endorsements and are not checked by us for accuracy. Anything you buy from an advertiser is a matter between you and that advertiser.

Not professional advice

Travim does not give medical, legal, immigration, tax, financial or insurance advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such. For decisions with real consequences, consult a qualified professional in the relevant country.

Entry rules, visas and health

Visa requirements, passport validity rules, vaccination and health requirements, customs limits and travel restrictions differ by nationality, route and date, and they change frequently. Check them with the official government or embassy source for your own nationality before booking and again before departure. Being refused entry or boarding is your risk, not ours.

Safety and emergencies

Travim is not a safety service and is not monitored in real time. It cannot summon help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly. Do not rely on Travim for safety-critical information about an area, a road, weather, water, wildlife or civil conditions.

Your decisions remain yours

You are responsible for the decisions you make with Travim's help and for verifying anything that could affect your safety, your rights, your money or your ability to travel.
