What does Travim actually do?
You describe the trip you want in your own words. Travim returns three complete plans — destination, stays, routes, day by day and expected cost. You pick one, change what you like, and the app keeps the trip organised while you travel: what happens when, what to check, and what to do when something moves.
Does Travim book flights or tickets for me?
No. Travim plans trips; it does not sell, issue or arrange travel services, and it is not a travel agency or ticket seller. When you are ready, you book directly with the airline, hotel or operator on their terms, and Travim keeps the plan and your own confirmations together in one place. Anything about a payment, a change, a cancellation, a delay or a refund is between you and that provider.
Can I change the plan once the trip has started?
That is the point. Add a day, drop something, leave a city early — Travim rearranges the rest of the trip around the change and tells you plainly what it affects and what needs rebooking. Making those changes with the airline, hotel or operator is yours to do.
Which devices does it run on?
Travim runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or newer and on Android 9 or newer. The plan you make on one device is there on the others you sign in from.

Support can help with your account and sign-in, purchases and restoring them, bugs and things the app got wrong, removing content or a listing, and questions about how a feature works.
Support cannot book, change, cancel or refund a flight, ticket, room or tour — Travim is a planning tool and is not party to those bookings, so the airline, hotel or operator has to handle them. We are also not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
