Travim Business License Agreement & Disclaimer

1. Acceptance

By enrolling as a Travim Business — hotel, shop, service center, tourist service, club, restaurant, tour operator, car rental, airport service or any other tourism-related business — and by submitting any business for review, you agree to this agreement in addition to Travim's general Terms of Service.

2. Verification and enrollment

Enrollment requires a real government ID or equivalent document for identity verification. Travim may approve, reject or request resubmission of your enrollment or any business at its own discretion, and may require re-verification at any time. Submitting false, altered or fraudulent documents is prohibited and may result in permanent removal.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for holding every license, permit, registration and tax obligation your jurisdiction requires to operate your business and to offer the services you list. Travim does not operate, inspect, certify, insure or guarantee any listed business, and listing on Travim is not an endorsement of the quality, safety, legality or fitness of your services.

4. Content you provide

Photos, videos and profile details you upload must belong to you or you must hold the rights to use them, and must accurately represent your business. You grant Travim a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, resize and use this content within the app, the Explore directory, AI trip suggestions and links, and promotional placements. Travim may remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or violates its guidelines.

5. Promotion codes

Codes you generate are your own commercial offer to travellers; Travim is a technical intermediary only and is not a party to, and carries no responsibility for, honoring the code, the resulting booking, or any dispute between you and the traveller. Codes used to mislead or defraud travellers may lead to suspension.

6. Directory, AI suggestions and ads

Inclusion in the Explore directory, in AI-generated trip suggestions and links, and eligibility for area-targeted ads are offered on a best-effort, automated basis and are not guaranteed, ranked, or permanent. Travim may change how these features work, or the fees that apply to advertising placements, at any time.

7. No employment or partnership

Enrolling your business creates no employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and Travim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Travim Business platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including about the accuracy of directory listings or AI-generated descriptions of your business, or about the volume of travellers it will reach.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travim is not liable for disputes, damages, losses or injuries arising from interactions, transactions or bookings between travellers and your business, or from your own compliance (or non-compliance) with applicable law.

10. Suspension and removal

Travim may reject, suspend or remove your enrollment or any business listing at any time, without prior notice, for policy violations, fraud, repeated traveller complaints, or legal or regulatory concerns.

11. Changes

Travim may update this agreement as the Business features change. Continuing to use Travim Business after an update means you accept the revised terms.
