The site is served without advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. The only thing it stores in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme.

The trip description you type here

If you use the suggestion preview on the home page, the text you write is sent to our platform so it can produce sample plans, and it is discarded after the answer is returned. Do not put personal details in it — it is a demo, not your booking.

Your email address

If you ask to be notified about a store launch, we keep the address, the platform you chose and your language, for that purpose only. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

The app

The Travim app has its own privacy notice, shown when you install it. It covers the account, trip, location and booking data the app needs to plan and run your trip — including the location used by the assistant when you ask a question from where you are standing.
